Shipping Policy

At Sukhvaas, we ensure that every order is handled with care and delivered seamlessly to your doorstep.

Domestic Shipping

·       We offer free shipping on all domestic orders for cushions, tabletop, bedding, and home décor.

·       Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not considered working days for standard deliveries.

·       Each product has a specific delivery timeline, which is mentioned under Shipping & Handling on the respective product description page.

·       Estimated delivery timelines range from a minimum of 5 working days and a maximum of up to 45 working days. (Timelines may vary based on product type and serviceable pin codes.)

·       Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are processed only after confirmation from the customer via WhatsApp with our customer care team.

 

Tracking & Delivery

·       Once your order is shipped, tracking details and courier partner information will be shared via email.

·       Orders can be tracked using the tracking number on the respective shipping partner’s website.

·       Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times.

o   If the order is returned to us after three unsuccessful attempts, no refunds or exchanges will be entertained. Please refer to our Exchange & Refund Policy for details.

·       To ensure smooth delivery, please provide:

o   A complete shipping address, including the correct PIN code

o   A valid mobile number

·       Orders that fail to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

 

Modes of Payment

·       We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, along with net banking options.

·       Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for domestic orders up to INR 20,000.

o   COD availability is subject to serviceable PIN codes.

o   If COD is unavailable for your location, our team will contact you to arrange an alternate payment method.

 

Additional Terms

·       Custom-made or commissioned products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

·       Sale or discounted items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

·       Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

·       Sukhvaas reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the policies periodically.
