Exchange & Refund Policy

At Sukhvaas, every piece is crafted and packaged with the utmost care to meet the highest quality standards. Each order undergoes thorough quality checks before dispatch. However, in the rare event that your purchase does not meet expectations, we request you to review the policy below.

 

Eligibility for Exchange

 Home décor products are not eligible for return or exchange, unless:

·       The product has a manufacturing or quality defect, or

·       The product has been delivered damaged or broken.

·       The defect or damage must be photographed immediately upon opening the package.

·       Products purchased during sale periods or at discounted prices are not eligible for return or exchange.

·       Customised products, made-to-order items, or bulk/special orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

·       International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

·       Gifts purchased online are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

 

Exchange Process

·       If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria stated above, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

·       For damage or quality-related concerns, please share:

o   Order number

o   Date of purchase

o   Delivery address

·       Clear images of the defective/damaged product along with the original packaging

·       Our customer care team will review the request and revert within 2 working days.

·       We will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost from the delivery address.

·       Upon receipt at our warehouse, the product will undergo a quality inspection.

·       If approved, a replacement product will be dispatched within standard shipping timelines.

·       In the rare event that a replacement is unavailable, a credit note for the full product value will be issued.

 

Refunds & Credit Notes

·       Sukhvaas does not offer monetary refunds.

·       If a replacement cannot be fulfilled, a credit note will be issued and emailed to the registered email address.

·       Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue, redeemable exclusively on the Sukhvaas website.

 

General Terms & Conditions

·       Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended.

·       Sale/discounted products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

·       Products purchased prior to a sale period cannot be exchanged during a sale.

·       No exchanges or credit notes will be issued if incorrect or incomplete shipping details were provided or there are three failed delivery attempts

·       The order is refused upon delivery
